Clean Air - Poison Environment

Pros

-Great health benefits -Other than the above, there is no reason to work for this company. Stay clear.

Cons

-Completely toxic environment. Managers don't know how to talk to their employees without losing their temper and acting like lunatics. There was not just 1 manager involved in this, or one instance, this is a constant thing at RenewAire. -Human Resources is in desperate need of help before RenewAire ends up getting pegged with a lawsuit. Lots of shady activity going on when I was employed there.

Clean air toxic environment

Pros

Non managers at RenewAire are great. The products are ideal for how people look at ventilation and energy efficient buildings. Lots of sales growth from increase in demand.

Cons

The management in Sales and Marketing is challenging to say the least. Between micro management and toxicity there was very little to appreciate. I feel bad for the people that put up with it and don't know there is so many better options out there. Put downs and being yelled at were a frequent occurrence.

Toxic and corrupt—AVOID

Pros

Growing industry, interesting work, challenging. Potential to be a great job, if opportunities were available.

Cons

Leadership is totally toxic. Bullying, yelling, and abuse is a day-to-day part of the culture. It wasn’t directed at me, but it was frightening to witness it happen to others, which happened all the time. This place cuts corners, and has no standardized method for assembly—techs all have their own way. How can safety ratings be tested reliably under such conditions? RenewAire inexplicably keeps incompetent and unprofessional employees on the payroll. Perhaps because the CEO and management lead the way in unprofessional behavior, and working here you have the sense that nobody competent is really in charge. Promises made by management were bogus. There is literally no career path here and no training materials. You just watch people doing it, and they are all doing it differently. Confusing and seems a safety concern, given that the product uses highly sophisticated means and claims to clean diseases and toxins from the air in peoples’ homes and businesses! The culture for me was the biggest issue. It took months for me to recover from the experience of working here. I expected much better from a company this size and am astonished that they are still in business.
