Training,you are thought to be deceitful. Trainer is very inappropriate. Sent out there not fully trained and with not all the tools to sell. If you don’t make a sale you are berated. You are at there mercy 7 day’s a week. Very much the old boys club mentality with management being crude and disrespectful towards employees. Training is poor. All they teach you is how to screw with the minds of the customers and to do what is needed to sell. This included placing customers in financial hardship. Trainers words”they called for the appointment therefore punish them if need be.”
