Scheduling is easy, but management has serious issues

Pros

As a brand ambassador booking appointments for free in home consultations was easy. Unfortunately the business management practices made this not a great place to work.

Cons

Was not able to get scheduled for more than 8 hours a week. Not worth giving up every single weekend, and paying for the gas to drive 100's of miles to work every weekend. Management is terrible with multiple sexual harassment and sexist scheduling practices in the Arizona office.

Cons

Work life balance. Can feel very corporate. Strict on commission deductions. Sometimes lead times can be long.
