      Scheule allows for every other Friday off.

      Cons

      Very top heavy, unsupportive management, very old equipment with insufficient maintenance support. Stress of equipment and tooling failures falls on the shoulders of the employees due to lack of support. Aging management who are unwilling to take risks to maintain comfortable salaries and positions.
