      Pros

      I love working at RenoFi. They treat employees as part of a family, they are a very diverse company with a good salary, benefits and recognition. Also, It's amazing to work on engineering team, people are friendly, respectful and professional. This is a dream work for everyone which is looking for working abroad with a 100% distributed team. Remote is real and remote is working! Each year they have off-site meetings with all folks where we can celebrate our achievements and to meet each other.

      Amazing people with incredible knowledge - at all levels. Great work-life balance. Superb product that's re-inventing the home renovation loans industry.
