      Pros

      RenoFi's ultimate goal is to make home renovations more accessible throughout the country, and the team is extremely dedicated to its customers and lending partners. RenoFi is a fully distributed company, and has incredibly flexible work hours because the team is spread out across the world. I'm able to take advantage of both co-working spaces and working from home.

      Cons

      If you feel the need to be working in an office with your colleagues, and a co-working space isn't enough, this may not be a good fit from a work culture POV.

      Amazing people with incredible knowledge - at all levels. Great work-life balance. Superb product that's re-inventing the home renovation loans industry.

      Pros

      I'm finally working for a company that doesn't BS me. The work is challenging, but fulfilling. I'm excited to log in every day and help people. I'm treated like an adult with RenoFi, no one is keeping tabs on you. You're just expected to do the work. Lots of flexibility in regards to location, work hours, etc. Pay is satisfactory, especially for such a young company. I feel like my voice is heard, and that it really matters in the overall conversation as the company grows. Everyone is also very friendly and welcoming, which is a huge plus.

      Cons

      The company is still very young so things change every day. If you're applying you need to be flexible and adaptive. While I have a specific job function, my day to day looks different most days.
