      The best thing about working for rent one is if you need help with anything all you have to do is ask and everyone will do there best to help out anyway way they can

      Cons

      There really aren't any downsides about working for rent one family takes care of family is the way I see it

      Pros

      Helping people daily, answering needs in your own community, rarely said no. I also loved that they promoted within and were a family owned company.

      Cons

      Bullying from the corporate operations. Misdirection or conflicting direction constantly. Constant he said/she said.
