      Pros

      Closed Sundays, great support team in upper management, no late retail hours, salary and opportunities for commissions.

      Cons

      No personal time off until you meet the 1 year mark

      Pros

      The people and the environment are the only redeeming factor in the low pay going no where environment. No matter how hard you work or how much money you save the company no one in upper management cares. Just wait for you 30 cent a year raise. Yes 30 cents a year even when the turn record breaking profits.

      Dead end job. Low pay. 30 cent a year raises.

      Training available but not utilized or implemented with new employees Very high pressure to perform miracles from day one Little to no training or support for new employees Salary very low compared to other companies of the same business Very high turnover
