Company is not able to retain employees for long periods of time, senior leadership is not strong

Your job responsibilities will drastically change once you start, you'll be saddled with the work of 2+ people with false promises of a pay evaluation/increase. "Leaders" enforce dishonest business practices and will blame shift in order to hide their failures. Instead of listening to employee feedback there is a constant re-org by incompetent "HR". Paychecks will be late on multiple occasions and never in the correct amount (even those on salary), Bonuses are months late (if you even get anything) the company requires that you are an active employee when bonuses are paid out and dependent on the companies performance(instead of your performance)- this is not disclosed until after you give your two-week notice. Retaliatory behaviors, Those who speak up against these types of behaviors are fired. The few good people who try to make things better are eventually beaten down and leave the company. Every function of this company is a mess, save your sanity and choose another company to join!
