Pros

- Unlimited PTO - Fun office environment when in the office - Driven and intelligent individuals to work with - Company covered insurance

Cons

- A "favorites" culture that promotes toxic/fake behavior - Inexperienced, first-time managers who micromanage and don't know how to utilize or grow their team - Lack of transparency around career growth leading to high turnover - Lack of overall vision/goal for a company with a good deal of funding - Strong focus on surface level initiatives with little action/change occurring at the top, including diversity initiatives

Thank you for your feedback. The management team and I read every review and try to learn from them in terms of what we should keep doing more of and what we need to change. I was disheartened to read about your experience here, and we will continue to listen and strive for excellence. Please also know that my door and Rich's door are always open, as are Devon's and Olivia's, to both current and former Reonomists. I/we would love to connect with you to discuss your experience. We, of course, wish you all the best going forward, and thank you for your contributions to Reonomy. Best, Bill

Pros

-I can honestly say that Reonomy is an amazing place to work and I am proud to be a part of this team. I have been a full-time employee here for several years, and feel the company is now in the best place it has ever been. I am surprised to see some of the reviews being posted, so I wanted to share my personal experience: -Reonomy is full of incredibly smart people. It offers a collaborative environment and is made up of supportive management and colleagues. -Reonomy fosters an open workplace where all voices are heard and where there is opportunity for career growth, personal advancement, and on-going education. There is not a strict hierarchy; if you have a great idea you will be heard, and if you have integrity and work hard you will be recognized and rewarded. -In my view, Reonomy is eager to promote people from within, and if you take a look at various teams and departments you will see that this is in fact the case. -This company is very progressive and offers competitive compensation & benefits (free healthcare, unlimited PTO, days off to volunteer, educational stipends, various incentives for work anniversaries, etc.). To battle covid fatigue, the company has even given us the first Friday of every month off. -The executive team has a vision for the company that they communicate often with the entire organization with transparency. Any concerns, feedback, or issues I have ever had have always been heard and addressed appropriately.

Cons

-No company is perfect, and there will always be challenges that arise, especially during a global pandemic. With that being said, I feel very lucky to work at Reonomy and hope to continue to see this company thrive over the next several years.

Pros

- Product - CEO, product, design, data science and engineering teams continue to devote an immense amount of time, energy and resources to iterate on an intuitive, groundbreaking tool that is revolutionizing the CRE data space. The R&D team also spends an enormous amount of time generating feedback from clients and/or 3rd party perspectives to ensure the future features, data sources and/or functionality are going to be applicable for our current and future customers. - GTM strategy - Over the last 10-12 months there has been an emphasis on moving up-market and selling to Enterprise and Mid-Market customers. There is clear alignment across marketing, sales and client success with the goal of creating value and educating our current and/or potential customers leading to a mutually beneficial, long-term relationship. - Senior leadership team - CEO has implemented clear, unified strategic themes across all of the departments. This group consistently stresses the importance of educating and creating transparency across the organization through informative town halls, open forums for employees to ask questions, anonymous feedback surveys, office hours with exec team members, etc.

- People team - This team has gone above and beyond for the well-being of their employees - Headspace subscription, informative lunch and learns, generous home office stipend for remote employees, transparent career leveling & laddering, etc. They are constantly thinking outside the box about the favorable and challenging aspects of a WFH setting. They have also put a major emphasis on Reonomy’s diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives.

- Work life balance - The company has implemented strategies such as the 1st Friday off of each month to ensure employees are not feeling “burnt out, “ there is also an unlimited PTO policy and encouragement from management to take time off. - Core values - Grit, ownership, integrity, humility & being results driven are constantly being displayed by each and every Reonomist in their day to day actions.

Cons

- COVID-19 - The company had to take a hard look in the mirror and evaluate every aspect of the business. There were difficult, but necessary changes that were made across the business in order to ensure the longevity of the organization and to ensure that Reonomy becomes a company of consequence. - Typical WFH challenges - Can be difficult to facilitate cross-functional interactions, Zoom fatigue, etc.

Pros

- Clean Bathroom - Clean water to drink - Networking! It's great, sometimes I came into work not knowing if my colleague next to me will be there the next day, but management acts swift and is always great about replacing old colleagues with new ones. Love it!

Cons

- Toxic Culture (This starts from the top) - Zero Transparency - Disorganized (Not in a cool "startup" way) - Lack of trust between management and employees

Pros

- Reonomy is made up of an amazing set of people. I've never before had a group of such humble, hard-working, and gritty people - Huge opportunity for Reonomy's product to change the commercial real estate landscape - Ability to take on huge amounts of responsibility, regardless of your role - Lots of growth opportunities in the company - people are getting promoted and creating new roles - Amibitious goals and really impressive accomplishments in both product development and our growth in the market - Huge amount of transparency into metrics and company performance. Leadership shares so much information with the company - Thorough hiring process means that new hires are really solid additions to the team - Great WFH benefits - standing desks, monitors, chairs - Lots of flexibility on working location - Comp is great and really competitive for a startup in New York

Cons

- Sometimes hard to connect with newer hires in remote setting - Lack of clarity on what future model looks like with remote work and hiring new employees across the country

Can’t Imagine Working Anywhere Else

Pros

Couldn’t be more complimentary about Reonomy and the experience I have had here. Between the people, culture, product, growth and leadership there is not much more you can ask for. People: Every single person that works here exemplifies a humble, hungry, results-driven mentality. Renomists hold themselves to a high standard. I am constantly learning, growing and challenged by my peers/leaders. Everyone genuinely cares about where the company is headed and understand the importance each person plays in Reonomy’s success. There is an emphasis on having a strong work-ethic and holding yourself accountable. Culture: During one of our quarterly town halls, where the executive team gives updates and insights into future planning/goals, we created our core values - Grit, Ownership, Humility, Integrity and Results-Driven. These 5 words embody everything that Reonomy and it’s people stand for. We work hard and reward ourselves by having enjoyable onsite/offsite events. Product: There is nothing in the market like Reonomy. We truly are disrupting a space that is desperately craving it. The sky is the limit with leadership’s strategic decision making, client centric mentality and emphasis to constantly improve our system. Between all the hard work the engineering and data team accomplish, we are only paving the way for our continued success. Growth: The company has experienced a massive amount of growth since I have joined. With that growth comes opportunities to take on additional responsibilities. People are rewarded for going above and beyond the call of duty. Leadership: Across all departments there is a common theme of transparency, fairness and leading by example. Everyone is extremely bright, approachable and willing to lend a helping hand. I have the utmost confidence in their vision and decision making.

Cons

Adaptability: This is a common theme in high growth startups, but especially true with Reonomy. You need to have a very versatile mindset and be ready to tackle new challenges each day.

Do yourself a favor and stay away…

Pros

• Moderately adequate health and wellness benefits • “Unlimited” paid time off • Hardworking, intelligent colleagues

Cons

• We used to have lunch/breakfast catered every day in-office. When we transitioned to work from home, a food stipend was provided, but then confiscated without explanation. • Inexperienced middle management that micromanages and does little to encourage autonomy for those in individual contributor roles. • No transparency on career growth, low, stagnant pay despite what is being advertised on places like Builtin. • No flexibility when it comes to lateral career growth within the organization. • High turnover rate due to lack of upward mobility and absence of experienced middle management

Pros

* catered lunch * unlimited vacation * nothing else

Cons

* human cost of unrealistic goals is constant stress and infighting between coworkers * management style veers between extreme micromanagement to weeks without clear guidance while expectations remain the same * transparency is claimed as a key value but direction remains opaque * condescension from management in both personal and business conversations is the norm * there is no room to move up * salaries are just ok
