The CEO is genuinely invested in his people and it shows. Decent salary. Decent food. On time salary.

Cons

Insane politics. It's a Game of Thrones in real world. Everything boils down to one's allegiance to this camp or that, which in more ways than one challenges the idea of merit and accountability.
