Depending on the manager, they will help you develop you skill and help you grow, Can be a relaxed work environment wit the right people

Cons

staff discount isn't that good, some managers will keep you there to do the dirty work, you have to tick all their company boxes to progress in your career, a lot of hard work for little pay, Lunches are a rarity.
