Pros

Depending on the team it can be a great environment to talk cars and help other enthusiasts.

Cons

Repco prioritises hiring people with retail experience and has no emphasis on love or knowledge for cars. Management work horrible hours for peanuts and as a results pass on anger and frustration to team members. POS system is some ancient DOS based system which hardly works. Extremely frustrating for customers and staff.
