all about the bottom line, do not care about employees, no incentive to stay other than more work with little reward.

It was a bad experience, very under staffed and overworked employees. Terrible training. I really can’t think of anything positive to say about it.

Cons

I dreaded going to work,there was no training yet high expectations. Pay wAs very low compared to other similar positions.

Employee appreciation lunches once a week were nice.

Cons

Too many to list. Zero growth opportunities, blatant nepotism, and almost all departments are severely underpaid. They will ask you to move around to other departments and do work outside of your job "for the good of the company". Management ignores complaints, punishes those who speak up, and fosters a toxic work environment. If you want to be overworked and underpaid, you can work here.

Don’t try to talk to HR they will cut down everything you say and make you out to be the problem when you try to bring up anything that is an issue within the company culture.
