Pros

Repligen is a relatively small company that can pivot quickly. Lots of nice people. generally a nice place to work.

Cons

often there is a lack of transparency from upper management. strategy is not clearly defined from top to bottom. Management has not provided Company wide goals that individuals can use to align their personal goals with. there is some director level internal politics that can be incredibly frustrating and creates lots of unnecessary work for their reports.

Pros

Generous with Community Service and Volunteerism, celebrating employee birthdays, free lunches for meeting goals, good fun people to work with, hours, work wasn't too difficult and somewhat laid back.

Cons

Some people were allowed to continually abuse attendance policy. Others cared more about the work than others. Pay could be better but it is/was a rather easy job. Better communication between Floor/mgmt/QA.
