Pros
Many good people at mid-management and lower. A wide variety of products and services keeps things interesting. They are well-positioned to see average industry growth in near term.
Cons
Most upper management is from Thermo Fisher and the company's goal is to be like Thermo Fisher. This eliminates the potential for being better or for improving methods over what TF has accomplished. Much of upper management are out of touch and on auto pilot.
