Very friendly and collaborative workplace. Good benefits including extra company days off, good pension matching and a lifestyle fund to claim back gym memberships etc.

Cons

Overwork is common and staff are rarely given time and opportunity to explore their interests or personal development due to 'business need'. Hiring and training are months behind when we need them. Very arbitrary approach to promotion.
