Team is inexperienced and lack direction from senior management. Senior management lack scientific knowledge and experience in BLA process except few individuals. Promotions are meritless but based on personal connections from previous place or favoritism. There is no shortage of unqualified C suite individuals in both scientific and leadership roles. Overall Culture is toxic and retaliatory & borderline rude and would not recommend this place. Especially disastrous and toxic is leadership in regulatory and the worst of them all RA-CMC VP with her intimidating borderline bullying tactics, enabled by her bosses. If you are looking to bring your talent and knowledge to next best place, look elsewhere.
