Replimune is growing fast, and there is a lot of excitement in the company with all of our success. I am always learning something new and continuously feel challenged in a positive way. The hybrid schedule in Woburn is great - helps me keep balanced.

Cons

The pace of work is definitely fast. Leadership is hiring to try to fully staff up all teams.

Pros

Great start up culture, plenty of work and very busy but everyone is respectful of work life balance. A lot to learn and figure out, which is part of the appeal to me. Employee engagement is great, and there are a lot of fun perks and extras like free lunches, lots of company outings even for remote employees, asked what we want for a holiday gift, etc. Feels like our opinions matter and we are respected.

Cons

Things move fast and there are a lot of exciting firsts happening, which is great, but progress in putting certain processes in place can be a little slow.
