Innovative culture. Stimulating work on new tech. Lots of fun events in the London office. People were friendly and supportive.

Cons

Two many Reply brands. It's cool that Reply wants each company to be small enough to make autonomous decisions, but having two many Reply brands (20+ in the UK) can be confusing for clients and even employees
