      Pros

      salary was reasonably good. Lots of opportunity to learn. Flexibility to work from home. It depends which Reply sub company you work for. Some Reply companies are fantastic to work with.

      Cons

      it is a small company. You are expected to wear multiple hats. There is no specific sales or marketing team. you are expected to generate sales and do your own marketing. When you join, they wont tell you this however you will be expected to use your network to bring work to the company. Not all Reply companies senior management are good.

      Great place to learn But there are stuff problems

      You work with really Expert colleagues and you have the possibility to learn quickly a wide range of skills from the IT world

      Cons

      Long hours and projects May last a lot of months

      Pros

      - Relaxed environment - Nice offices - Interesting technical challenges - There is an internal program that facilitate people moving to other companies in the reply group in case they want to work on different technologies

      Cons

      - Everything i mentioned in the Pros is highly dependent on which company in the reply group you work for - It's a consultancy company, so employees (even technical one) are pushed to always look for more opportunities in terms of new customers and projects
