It allows employees to work from home.

Cons

Companies do not back current employees. They would be happy to give higher salary to new employees but they wouldn't back their current employees who have been working hard 2 years.

Get along with everybody. From interns to partner. Everyone is good fun. Great work life balance plenty of opportunities to learn and grow (encouraged certifications and hackathons) Yearly team building trip abroad

Cons

Consulting means time spend on projects might be shortlived. Good for people who get bored though
