Pros

Dynamic environment. Excellent work colleagues. Very friendly, attentive, approachable and willing to assist cooperate. Good if you are a graduate, looking for your first/second position.

Cons

Unstructured, no work-life balance, clients tend to be small firms or, if big firms, influential roles are not abundant.

Pros

Good for entry level - if you want to get exposure to a variety of projects company-wide. Good internal community and culture building. Nice colleagues

Cons

- Slow career progress, poor base salary, not competitive at all with European standards in the sector - Lack of vision and strategic direction, rarely seeing the company lead innovation but rather executing on a factory-level style
