      There is no training so learning the system is very difficult. Lack of organization. Pay is well below the industry average. Dated technology. Computers are not fit for a role that requires development. Outdated benefits package. Low autonomy.

      You’ll meet some smart, well-intentioned colleagues. Exposure to major events and global clients can be valuable early in your career.

      Cons

      Reply talks a big game about creativity, but the reality is rigid, top-down control. Ideas are only welcomed if they’re safe, predictable, and fully approved by the executives who rule by fear and ego. Executives regularly scream at teams. Emotional volatility is the norm. Boundaries are ignored. It’s not a culture of innovation; it’s a culture of control.
