Dear Replyer, thank you for taking the time to write about your positive Reply experience. We totally understand that the work-life balance is something in which we can improve and that the consulting life is something that requires some really stressful periods. In Reply all the projects are designed and delivered in collaboration with the customer, following our north-pole values: sharing aims and objectives, with a sense of responsibility, professional approach and moral integrity. We’re working hard on improving all aspects of the internal environment. We wish you the best in your next career.

Pros

Great energy, talented people, big clients. Fun culture and great exposure to lots of different disciplines. Events and social activities are fantastic. You will learn lots by working here, if you're 20-something. Overall, great place to break into consultancy, but you will pick up bad habits (see cons). Pop in for 18 months, that's enough to see everything. Then move onto something better.

Cons

Inexperienced senior management. Weak PMO. Performance management boils down to % billable. Very high staff turnover. Consultants expected to do a lot of operational work - including procurement and compliance tasks. Staff are so willing to work unpaid overtime - which leaves almost no motivation to plan or do things properly.

Dear Replyer, thank you for sharing your thoughts and helping us understand where we can improve. We prioritize meritocracy and achievements, this is why individual career growth is a company matter, that each Replyer builds together with his manager on a daily basis, with defined, compulsory annual appraisals. Starting from 2017 we have a programme which allows you to look for internal job applications and give you the chance to start a new adventure in Reply. We recommend you share any concerns that affect your work-life balance and other issues with your manager. Thank you for your feedback, this is very useful for us to identify areas of improvement. We wish you all the best for your working future.
