      Pros

      Interesting challenges for employees to work on. Company actively invests in and strategizes around employee mental health and well-. Leadership is a mixture of new and established with great vision for the future that emphasizes quality.

      Cons

      If you just want the highest salary, then other big name employers with deeper pockets may pay you more. But the culture here can’t be beat IMO and is worth slightly less pay.

      Best company I’ve ever worked for

      Pros

      I have worked at Reply for almost a year now and it is probably the best company I have ever worked for. The leadership is amazing and very collaborative and actually listen to our opinions. Benefits and compensation are great and very competitive and I have a great work life balance. But the best part about it is probably the culture. This company has an amazing culture and really seems to care about its employees and its impact on the world.

      Cons

      There are ZERO cons to working here.
