      Pros

      Modern environment and mentality A lot of free courses and events: labcamps, bootcamps, hackathon.

      Cons

      There is a huge difference and distance between the divisions. You have to be lucky to be chosen by the "right" division: if it does not happen, you are stuck there and you have to meet secretely the h&r division to try to change the group of the Company.
