Pros

International environment, three languages used (in Germany: English, German and Italian); Young and dynamic environment: good place for fresh graduates or low experience peopole.

Cons

Few inside projects, 80% in customers consultancy; lot of overtime work (not paid); difficult to get a promotion or career development. Salary is low even after several years.

Always in a hurry

Pros

Young environment, not too much competitive. Colleagues usually help each other. Not too much strict about working hours (as long as you work at least 8 hour per day).

Cons

Basically no training, people are asked to work on technologies they don't know anything about and presented to the client as expert. Training on the job sometimes means that you are on your own. No professional training also means that people that try to teach you something are doing things the wrong way because they were l left on their own too. No quality in work, they want you to be fast even if it ends up in producing poor quality software. If you take a look ad the logo this is actually the idea they want to transmit to the clients (we are on the run, faster than the others). They will not push too much pressure on you about finishing you job in no-time, with poor-spec and no clear or shared plan, anyway you will be left apart and make no career progress if you do not agree to work this way ( often more than 8 hour per day). Sometimes you are also asked to work during weekends.
