Pros

Good place to go to work as first experience after the university. The entry level salary is very good, compared to the competitors. Young people, dynamic and environment very friendly

Cons

The salary increase is not so fast, you don't change easily the project so you have the risk to become tired. There are sites in England or Germany, but the possibility, to do some experience there, is very low

Interesting company with a good approach to IT consulting. Possibility to dive deepply into a specific industry/technology. Young company and relatively young management. Nice environment to work in. Lots of responsibilities from the beginning and a fair share of independence.

Cons

If the company wants to have only top performers (and this should be if the firm status wants to keep growing into consulting industry): - Salary should be higher. - Hiring process should be more strict and severe

Possibility to work with the better technologies, possibility to learn and to have responsibility. As first job it is a good opportunity.

Cons

Income is not so good also after several years of experience. It should be a little bit higher just to allow a better live experience.
