      Pros

      Managenent processes in place and strictly followed, easy-going environment

      Cons

      Limited and boring tech stack per project, no involvement into fundamental decisions about design, in some projects needs for supporting/replacing PMs and business analysts due to their lack of competence (without any reward nor acknowledge).

      Can decide on the direction you want to grow towards and will try to staff you on projects that you are interested in. Very friendly and welcoming people.

      Cons

      Management can be disorganised and some hiring decisions have been questionable

      Too many trivial projects to raise money (Communication Valley Reply)

      Pros

      It's a company suited for your first job and the career path is clearly stated.

      Cons

      There was lack of communication which led to very inefficient work. This problem was among different BUs and between management and consultants. Moreover, after few months, it was clear that there were few opportunities to grow professionally.
