Pros

Great group, organizes a lot of events, labs, hackathons, it even has an internal social network and it encourages you to share your knowledge at conferences and labs by giving you points that you can then use to buy training material like courses, books and even conference tickets.

Cons

if you happen to be on the satellite companies you miss most of the events that are organized in the main cities. Then your growth depends largely on the type of project or client you are assigned to, if you happen to be at one important client you could stay there for ages without any way to grow or change client other than leaving the company, management wont hear your complaints if the clients wants you there.

Pros

Experienced colleagues to learn from, nice workplace

Cons

Bad work/life balance, no chance at all for home working. Few opportunities to grow. Working extra time it's a standard and also underpaid.
