Huge IT services provider in Italy, formed by a lot of medium to big companies. Constant growth year by year. Almost complete coverage of IT services.

Cons

Very little attention to life/working balance. Unrespectful behaviour of management with respect to employees and collaborators. No clear vision provided to team members.
