Relatively good for someone who has just finished uni. Can get some really good exposure onto projects other large companies wouldn't ever let you touch

Cons

Can be luck of the draw for what project you go onto. You might be interested in backend/frontend and get stuck with a low code tool like Mulesoft or Boomi that for most people is uninteresting.
