Working at reply is not so bad but they keep asking you to do extra work (certifications, and so on) paid quite nothing.

It you are not afraid to bargain you can get a decent salary, but as always: write them down in your agreement, or they will forget as soon as possible.

Cons

As said they will ask you overtime to achive some goals for improving "your" professional growth, while at the end is just to keep their gold microsoft partnership.

- If you are a newcomer that need working experience is the place for you.

Cons

- Management will promise a deadline without talking to its developers and then expect long hours to meet the deadline that was never discussed. - Nonexistent work life balance. Working the week-end is pretty normal. - Career path and other such discussions are difficult to have because career path is not clearly defined. - The pay and benefits are low compared to other positions of the same nature.

Young company A lot of different companies differentiated in lots of Business Units -> Wide choice Good salaries for young bachelors.

Cons

You can end up stuck at one client with the management basically forgetting you there. Team leaders and managers are usually good developers but bad at personal skills. Continuous hiring means that you are in a heavy concurrent environment where you are graded on your "dedication" more than actual quality of work.
