Pros

I worked with their IT dept. Its a great company to work for. They have very good systems, people are friendly, and the CIO is very knowledgeable, friendly and easily accessible. They replaced all their legacy systems with web based systems and had great success implementing. I would love to go back to work for them if I have an opportunity again. I highly recommend this company for anyone who is looking for a job.

This is a Great Company to work for. There is more concern about doing what's right vs just processing paper.

Pros

Whole bunch of really nice coworkers in all departments, friendly and cooperative. Unusually few "bad apples." Pretty good paid leave vacation and sick time.

Cons

Kind of a medieval communication hierarchy. Upper management apparently has no idea what goes on out on the floor, doesn't care and doesn't want to hear about it.
