Way too many structural changes and lay-offs. Management views employees as merely a number and are heartless in the manner they handle restructuring and lay-offs. Some of the Managers and Directors are merely place-holders and have no idea what they are doing, yet in each round of restructuring and lay-offs they are never impacted. Working at Republic = No job security, so if you unfortunately end up working here always have other options laid out. Always keep interviews rolling even when you are employed at Republic because Management has zero loyalty to employees, regardless of your immense individual and collaborative contributions.

Company puts no investment into their employees. Hard work goes unnoticed and sometimes punished. Disconnect between management, and operations. Promotions are handed to people who don’t deserve them as if they are promised regardless of what they do. Will treat you very rudely if you even attempt to go for a job you are qualified for and then will discourage you to ever try to leave your position again.
