The boys club. Empty promises and promotions based on anything but work.

Flexible hours, maybe heading in the right direction as far as technology.

Cons

Low pay, empty promises. If you're not one of "the boys" you can forget any advancement. If you're in the group, you can do a horrible job and get promoted. Sexual harassment is a common practice. Trying to keep up with the green competitor, but does not compare.

great people to work with.... Learned a lot... Great benifits and the best HR ever....

Cons

Worked there almost 14 years got fired for using the fax machine after hours.... But i did it probably over a hundred times over the years.... Felt like i was pushed out the door.. I loved my job and would love to have it back......

Pros

I really enjoyed the schedule. It had long hours which included early mornings but there was no night shift. Some jobs had weekends off.

Cons

You are dealing with garbage and depending on your role you are dealing with the general public. They are not always reasonable to deal with.
