Stay away, be very careful of what sign when you agree to employment.

Pros

Good office atmosphere and people. Pay is decent with great benefits.

Cons

Archaic systems. No compete. Training is ridiculous. Clause in employment contract states that you pay back everything you earn in the first 6 months if you quit within a specified time, be very wary of what you sign.
