Pros

Overtime opportunities for hourly help to make up for lack of pay. Salary position, I have nothing. This company could be good to work for, but needs a management overhaul.

Cons

Overtime is mandatory. Count on a 10 hour day, minimum. This makes up the lack of hourly pay. If you are salary, count on 10 - 14 hour days, for a less hourly wage than your help receives. This company is under staffed and under budgeted. The equipment is less than desirable to operate. This company is reactive while trying to convince employees they are proactive. While I was there, the employee door was a revolving door.

Great Management Teams who listen to their employees and their customers needs. They make sure you have all the up-to-date tools to make sure you are successful. Great Benifits and promotes within.

Cons

Some times promotions are not given because they do not want to have to replace you at your position.
