bad benifits package and employee foots a large portion of the cost. low wage. small and infrequent raises. Little chance of advancement.

Enjoyed working in the position I held, being able to help my supervisor in any addition projects and working with my work associates..

Cons

After working at the Corporate Office, my worst experience was when Republic Services Corporate Office was moved to Phoenix, AZ. At which time, that part of the department was moved out there and left me without work and had to be laid-off, with severance pay, of course.
