Cons

Lack of respect for employees and lack of communication inside their company. They hire friends of friends and show alot of favoritism.

I like the variety of tasks and the people I work with are the best. Managers are very caring and try to help in any way they can.

Cons

Training is important in order to feel confident doing the best job possible and the tools and resources are not available.
