      None really. I did work with a fantastic group of people who shared in the misery of an abusive, disrespectful, and unethical Manager.

      Cons

      See above. Clueless management; even more clueless upper management. Zero training, no mentor. I was sexually harassed and verbally berated regularly and every bit of it is completely ignored. Worst experience of my career.
