      Pros

      steady work benefits are decent ocasional cookouts they do supply uniforms and other ppe.the trucks are basically new and are decent.

      Cons

      pay is well below the area competitors.management only cares how good they look at the end of the year ther are some serious honesty Issues from the management. NO room for advancement ITSwho you know......

      Republic is a organization that provides a very valuable service to the communities in which they operate. They are always looking to improve the services which are provided.

      Cons

      The recent merger with Allied Waste has caused many individuals to be forced out of the organization and in many cases individuals with less experience or knowledge were retained due to who they knew rather than what they do.
