Pros
If you do a good job you are richly rewarded for it, constant praise for work well done. Great pay, great benefits. Managers are professional, experienced, and respectful to all of their employees, even employees that frankly are doing sub-par at best.
Cons
can't goof off all day at work, no texting on the job, you have to do your job right....basically slackers and whiners need not apply.
