      Pros

      Competitive salary, medical benefits, 401K, PTO, and two weeks paid vacation from the moment you complete your 60 day probation.

      Cons

      In my opinion Republic Services is grossly understaffed. I have noticed a high rate of turn-around. Opportunity for advancement is almost non-existent. To say working for this company is stressful would be an understatement. Daily duties, call monitoring and productivity grading are mentally exhausting. Employment with this company will and does drain the life out of you.

      Pros

      Salary + Benefits are very strong. If you have sales ability, you may not have to work 40 hours a week due to ease of sale.

      Cons

      Work Ethic, Management's lack of willingness to take responsibility, Weak Leadership, over-reliance on CRM reporting, constant micromanagement, inability to provide consistent service, cannibalistic sales structure

      Poor Communication

      Pros

      Benefits are on par with the industry. Pay scale is good. Fair amount of PTO.

      Cons

      Communication is lacking on most levels, employees are left to self manage days off and coverages with no real input from management. The most basic of training on equipment so you don't get hurt. No oversite . Better to complain to your truck, it gets the same result and you wont get fired. No written or posted schedules.
