Pros

Good pay. OK benefits OK equipment on the road.

Cons

Being told by management constantly that they don't care about you. They play favorites . based on race. Never promote from within. Facilities are old outdated run down and some are unsafe. IT systems are extemly outdated. Like from the early 80's

Pros

-the pay pretty good for what you are doing

Cons

- you are picking up trash on the side of a hill all day long. -it stinks literally - even if it's rainy and snowy your picking up trash - the equipment(such as the trucks) they give you to use is worn out - co workers you work with are idiots - no chances of advancement or upward movement. It was probably one of the worst jobs I had in my life. DO NOT GO THERE. - figure on working every Saturday

Pros

Complex and challenging environment. There is a lot to learn there.

Cons

Multiple changes in leadership, structure and direction. Surcharge for smokers or employees who cover spouses under hte RSI health care plan if they can get health care other places.
