Great place to work, until they decide you're no longer necessary

Pros

Worked there for over 7 years and planned on retiring with the company. Exceeded goals each and every year.

Cons

Position was eliminated, they offered a decent severance package, but somehow managed to make multiple errors, which resulted in delayed severance payments and COBRA coverage being canceled prior to the end of the severance period.
