In my office (BU), no one in leadership cares beyond themselves. They have little to no trust in the sales department. Encouraged to fudge activity numbers so they look good.
I contacted HR 3 different times about the harassment of our sales manager to the sales team and didn't receive any response. That's when I had to leave.
No communication between operations, billing and sales. Which makes the customer experience tough.
Not open to new ideas. When our sales group present ways to improve communications they were shut down immediately.
Constant garbage pick up misses and deliveries not on time make sales job hard. We receive charge backs when customers cancel even if its because our operations doesn't deliver a can or pick up. Things out of our control.
Our office building itself is gross. Its dirty, old tech, ceiling caving in, broken chairs, no office supplies, no windows and awful smell.
You are expected to work during vacations and other paid time off.
