      Pros

      Not a lot to say. Pay check is in the bank every Friday. That's about it.

      Cons

      You hear the company's #1 priority is safety. Not really, as a supervisor I should be out in the field. However, the sales department, accounting department, and several other departments are allowed to push work down to the front line supervisors and it takes away from us doing our job and it is allowed. Very long hours at a low wage once you factor in the hours.

      the team you work with. just the team not your supervisors,

      Cons

      Harassment, bullying, training is a joke; unless you smoke a pack of cigarettes a day and want to hear everyone else issues while starting their training. HR is a joke - they work for RS not for any employee - please know that.

      Good pay, VERY long hours

      Pros

      Pay is excellent and the benefits are the best in just about any industry, anywhere. Depending on the location, the support from management is well above par. Every day is entertaining, and no two days are ever the same.

      Cons

      Incredibly long hours which is good for hourly employees (if you have no family or other life) but not as good for salaried employees. To succeed in this company, you must fully immerse yourself in the industry to the point where "trash runs in your blood", and at that point, you may realize that well over 60 hours of every week are spent at work. The only reason that I could not recommend this company to a friend is the absurdly long work hours.
