      Overall great place to work

      Pros

      Quality, talented people with a lot of experience. Great training programs and lots of opportunities to grow and move within the company.

      Cons

      Labor/Management relations are improving but still combative. Hours are long and the work life balance is not the best, but if you are OK with that the work is rewarding and there are plenty of opportunities to have a positive impact.

      Declining culture

      Great compensation and location. Subsidized lunches at corp. CEO is doing something right and safety is top of mind

      Cons

      Culture is heading downward Low employee engagement and morale. "Leaders" with little experience Expensive benefits

      Pros

      Training was sub par at best. Had decent food trucks show up for lunch though.

      Cons

      If you like taking 60 plus phone calls day from customers who are mad that their trash didn't get picked up then this is the job for you. They also made everyone in our training class write a positive review about the company and culture on Glassdoor and a couple other similar sites. Very awkward to say the least when we had to do it. So I would advice to be weary of comments made on Glassdoor through this company.
